  2. I know Wood has no pool, where do they practice?

Since Archbishop Wood has no pool we rent pool time from the centenial school district over at Klinger Middle School. Klinger has been very good to our team and has accommodated many of our needs over the past years. The pool is located at Klinger Middle School on Second Street Pike in Southampton, PA in between Street and Bristol roads. For directions to Klinger, you can click on this link for a map to the pool

  5. What events are swum in a Dual Meet

In the Philadelphia Catholic League there are 11 events with no diving events. In the PIAA diving is added as event 5. In non-league meets against PIAA schools, events are determined by the home school, which means diving is included. If the teams in a non-league meet both agree no diving will be included then this event is excluded. When there is no diving there is a five minute break after the 50 Freestyle and after the 500 Freestyle, otherwise there are no breaks. The events in a dual meet are as follows:
    Event 1 - 200 Medley Relay
    Event 2 - 200 Freestyle
    Event 3 - 200 Individual Medley
    Event 4 - 50 Freestyle
Event 5 - Diving (if included in PIAA meets)
    Event 6 - 100 Butterfly
    Event 7 - 100 Freestyle
    Event 8 - 500 Freestyle
    Event 9 - 200 Freestyle Relay
    Event 10 - 100 Backstroke
    Event 11 - 100 Breaststroke
    Event 12 - 400 Freestyle Relay
