This is Charlie's 25th year as head coach of the Archbishop Wood Boys and Girls swim team. Charlie was and assistant coach with Wood in 1996 before taking over as head coach and was an assistant coach with the Wood girls team in 1984 and 1985. His swimming career began as a freshman where he swam for Archbishop Wood, making All-Catholic his last three years on the team, where he was a Co-Captain his Senior year. He went on the swim in college at the University of Maryland where he set school records in the 100 Breaststroke and 400 Medley Relay his Junior year. Charlie currently works in the computer industry as a system administrator.
